The State government of Sarawak has always emphasized on well-balanced urban and rural development in order to achieve a holistic development that benefits both the urban and rural population. One of the government’s most effective strategies to date is the large-scale and systematic development of Native Customary Rights land or NCR land on a commercial basis, implemented through Sarawak Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority or SALCRA.

1. 1. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (SURVEY) J17
THE JOB:-
To assist in handling all land surveying matters pertaining to land development by SALCRA which includes field investigation, surveying, registry of documnets and liase with all operating Units and Land and Survey Department regarding land survey matters.
REQUIREMENTS:-
• Diploma or Certificate in Land Surveying or equivalent from any recognized institutions
• Minimum three (3) years working expereince in similar capacity
• Must be able to operate GPS, AutoCAD and other surveying equipments & software
• Familiarity with land related problems and issues affecting NCR land development
• Good interpersonal and public realtions skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Knowledge on local dialects or lanaguage is an added advantage
• Computer literate
