Position:-
1. CONSULTANT GRADE 23
Responsibilities:
• Plan, lead and implement activities to fulfill the Section and Department objectives and business needs.
• Develop and conduct research and analysis to identify opportunity including consultancies to achieve the company’s desired growth.
• Plan and lead the stakeholders program to enhance Company’s relationship and obtain relevant inputs
• Initiate the appropriate action towards prompt response to major clients/stakeholders enquiries and other lead information and achieve/comply to the Section's ISS.
• Conduct environmental scanning to determine trends, opportunities & threats, performs business needs analyses and gaps analysis on industry needs in order to develop new strategic programs and inputs for the SIRIM's direction.
• Conduct roadshows and workshops in related area for SBUs
• Plan and conduct corporate performance reviews to ensure that objectives of company are met and to provide feedback to management on a regular basis.
• Plan, manage and review ABP projects proposals and submit/present to MOSTI and EPU in order to secure funding for SIRIM Berhad Group of Companies
• Develop and lead ISO 9000 and implement OSHE for quality and productive services
• Determine, plan and implement short and medium-term HRD for a specific area to maintain leadership
• Keep abreast with technology trends and develop effective strategies to promote technology transfer and dissemination services.
Requirements:
• Minimum basic degree in Science/Engineering or Business Administration. Candidate with post-graduate degree or professional qualifications will have an added advantage.
• Minimum 9 years of working experience in technology transfer and commercialization, or a combination of work in business development, financing, technology transfer, technology marketing or enterprise development is required.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial and technology development in both the local and international perspectives
• Experience in the fields of advanced materials technologies, advanced manufacturing technologies, environment or bioprocess technologies is an advantage
• Familiar with local funding institutions, government policy and programs on SMI.
• Good interpersonal skill, leadership, mature and pleasant disposition.
• Demonstrate very good written and oral communication skills, good in presentation and articulate in expression.
• Ability to develop good contacts with broad base clients.
• Highly motivated and achievement oriented.
• Possess the business acumen and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrate good negotiations skills.
• Possess interpersonal and influencing skills to build the appropriate level of rapport with management and staff.

2. PEMBANTU METROLOGI (1 VACANCY) NATIONAL METROLOGY LABORATORY
(BASED IN SEPANG, SELANGOR)
TANGGUNGJAWAB:
• Menjalankan kerja-kerja tentukuran dan pengukuran peralatan kelembapan
• Menganalisa data dan menyediakan laporan tentukuran
• Membantu Metrologist dalam kerja-kerja penyelidikan
• Membantu perlaksanaan sistem pengurusan kualiti makmal
• Mengawasi, merekod serta menganalisa data keadaan sekeliling makmal seperti suhu dan kelembapan bandingan
• Mengendali, merekod, penerimaan dan pengembalian alat
KEPERLUAN
• Minimum SPTM atau SPM dengan 3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang berkaitan atau;
• SPM dan SKM (Tahap II) dalam bidang berkaitan
• Berkebolehan dalam penggunaan Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word
• Mempunyai kesabaran dan ketekunann dalam pengendalian kerja-kerja makmal

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To conduct management / financial / special audit.
• To prepare audit report.
• To follow-up on issues raised in the audit report.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Accounting / Business Studies / Finance and / or professional qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in internal / external audit environment.
• Competent in audit methodologies, techniques and application.
• Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed and self-motivated.
• Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Strong command of Malay and English languages.
• Computer proficient.
